In the digital world, you will have to improve your computer literacy if you want to save frustration in the future.
Just use an SD card (1GB cards are under $15 at this time) and fill it with JPEG images from your computer. “Drag and Drop” (copy not move) the images from one location to the other.

just put the memory card into your computer slot, and it should appear as a removable disk, and then you can copy and paste pictures into it. Then, click “remove the device” bubble at the right lower corner, and remove the memory card from the computer. Put the card into your picture frame, and you should be able to see them there.
