Get a separate card for your frame. Using the same card in both camera and frame puts it in danger of becoming unreadable, and in need of formatting. This also means you might lose some photos.
Check your frames instructions, it should tell you how to load the frame.
If you use a card reader to put your edited photos on the memory card, the frame should see it fine.

All you need to do is edit your images on the computer…then buy a brand new memory card plus card reader. Then transfer the images from the computer to the card reader/memory card, then insert the memory card into the frame’s built-in card reader.
You can also use a USB flash/thumb drive in exactly the same way. It just plugs into your computer’s USB port, then transfer your images to it and then plug the flash drive into the frame’s USB port.
Most frames also allow a direct frame to computer connection using a USB cable.
And, most frames also allow you to view avi’s (movie files) and also upload Mp3 music files…which allow you to hear audio/music while viewing a movie or slideshow of your images.
Reading the instructions that came with your photo frame would be an obvious way to learn how to use it and what it can and can’t do…
