Hi chjurgens,
You can buy a memory card reader for a few dollars at anyplace that sells computer items. It will connect to your USB port. You will plug the memory card into the reader and connect it to your computer where you can upload pictures to it.
Are you sure the picture frame doesn’t have a USB port? Mine does and I can plug it into the computer and edit my pictures.
